Return policy

Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and are at your own expense (or you can schedule an appointment to return the item in person).
Would you like to schedule an appointment to return your package? You can do so via contact@lehmon.be or by SMS to 0471234446. Please always mention your order number, name, and the item you wish to return.
You must have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.) to qualify for a return.
Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please note that sale items (including items purchased during seasonal sales or promotions) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Procedure: Contact our customer service via contact@lehmon.be to request a return. Please mention your order number and the reason for the return.
After approval, you can follow the steps below.

Step 1: Fill out the return form.
Step 2: Send the package.
Visit: https://parcel.bpost.be/nl/parcel-detail. Click on 'address' and enter your return address. If you are returning from the Netherlands, go to: https://www.postnl.nl/versturen/pakket-versturen/pakket-buitenland/pakket-versturen-naar-belgie/. Choose a label with track and trace to ensure that the package is delivered to us.
Print the return label and attach it to your return package. Drop off the package at a post office. Always keep your Track&Trace receipt until your return is processed by us. Once we receive your return and it meets the conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
